Getting started with Microsoft Office 365

Microsoft Exchange Active Sync does not support syncing and editing events in shared mailboxes. You have to log in with the room mailbox credentials on each device, which means you need to set up login credentials for each room resource/mailbox.

1. Create a new room resource in Exchange Admin center
2. Reset your password for room mailbox in Admin -> Users -> Active Users on the right side
3. Check your licences for the room mailboxes
4. Install MeetingRoomApp application on your Android device
5. In Android settings, add a Microsoft Exchange Account (for Office 365 accounts), the url of your ActiveSync server is https://outlook.office365.com
6. Check your synced calendar in your classic Calendar application
7. Open MeetingRoomApp and select a room calendar
8. Close settings and check the hidden features and gestures section
