The New Add-In Makes Filtering Meeting Rooms in Outlook Easier than Ever Before

The add-in brings a completely new design of the booking process and selecting a meeting or conference room in Outlook. The new interface is clearly designed and introduces new functions. Filtering in the add-in is very easy and intuitive. You can filter rooms by location, type, availability, room capacity, or equipment including seating arrangements.
The selection process is made easier thanks to room visualization photos of meeting rooms can be uploaded to a gallery. All room parameters can be easily set up in the MeetingRoomApp administration.
New Catering and Room Options functions enable you to send a catering requirement while you’re having a meeting or order a different seating arrangement, equipment or other services in the Room Options. All it takes is just a click or two while you’re making a booking in Outlook.
Booking via Equipment
You can also book and order requirements via Equipment, independent of the room booking. Just select list items you’re going to need for your meeting and make a booking, whether it’s a parking space for the guest, meeting equipment or anything else. If you book a parking space, your guest will be sent an email with the parking details.
