The new Support and Support+ services

Support and Support+ are new service programs which we offer as part of MeetingRoomApp Cloud and On-Premise product variations. The new services enhance the quality of our customer service and provide SLA guarantees.

Customers who buy the new customer programs will also receive access to Helpdesk, i.e. replies to the customer’s questions by phone or email. Another service provided as part of our customer support is an SLA (service-level agreement) under which the apps are guaranteed to be available up to 24/7 in working time.

Stay in touch in the most important moments

Choose the right customer support program from two variations. The first, basic variation is Support which includes electronic communication with the customer. The second, advanced variation is called Support+, which, in addition to email, also offers communication by telephone. Both services are available in English and Czech.
