8 useful updates of our Flightboard app
21.8.2025
1. Set the time
You can now adjust the time format, or hide the time altogether if space is limited. A single look is now all it takes to know if you’re not late for a meeting. It will also help your colleagues and visitors keep track of time, especially if your offices span across multiple time zones.
2. Set the date
An equally handy option is to display the current date. What exactly will get displayed on your screen, however, is only up to you.
3. Add your logo
Adding your logo is another nice touch that will let your visitors know they have come to the right place. Plus, a customized screen featuring your company’s branding always looks great.
4. Show the name of the building
Does your company operate in multiple office buildings? Then this function is just for you. No more doubts whether you’re in the right office building. Ever.
5. Include a subject line or the organizer
Whether it’s a small meeting or a conference, keep your participants up to date with important information on the screen right in the office building lobby or on the floor where the event is held.
6. Display one or multiple events
This function is just as useful as the previous one. The system allows you to display the ongoing event alongside the upcoming one.
7. Switch on the smart Auto Layout function
MeetingRoomApp can now set up the most suitable app layout on the screen for you. The Auto Layout function will automatically assess and use a layout that is easiest to read. And if you prefer your own customized layout, you can easily set it up yourself using up to 3 fixed columns.
8. Adjust the font size
Font size matters. That’s why we’ve added a number of options to suit your needs: tiny, small, medium (default), large, extra large, and huge.
